1ST FLOOR Elizabethan Room: Elegant Garden Setting - Full Sitting Area, Private Entrance & Bath. Covered Parking, Situated off the Back Patio overlooking the Rose Gardens. Queen Sleep Number bed. Lindbergh Room: Rich and Warm! A Writer's Getaway loaded with full bookshelves and a writer's desk overlooking the glass enclosed sunroom. Private detached bath, covered parking and entrance. Top of the line split king Sleep Number adjustable bed with massage.

2ND FLOOR St. Regis Room: Beautiful view of the Brushy Mountain Range through lovely Bay Window! Semiprivate bath and sitting area. Top of the line Queen Sleep Number adjustable bed with massage.

3RD FLOOR Provence Room: This French Provencal Queen Sleep Number bed is tucked into a cozy alcove and features a deep gabled view to the Mountain Range and landscaped yard. Semiprivate bath and shared sitting and reading/library area. 3rd floor Gigi Room: Best Room Ever!! This double twin room features two gabled views of all the Mountain Ranges from both sides of the manor, along with access to the private roof-top patio. Nice, large room with a window seat. Semiprivate bath.

Full access to the Wilkes YMCA is included in the rates and amenities in all full fare rooms at Graystone Manor Bed and Breakfast.

Policies

1. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
   
2. Festivals, group bookings, weddings, special events and peak season cancellations must be canceled no later than 60 days in advance and will incur the equivalent of one night's room rate fee regardless, plus tax. Failure to cancel within the 60 days will incur the full booking amount plus tax.
   
3. All other booking cancellations as follows: Must be canceled no later than 21 days or more and will incur the equivalent of one night's room rate fee plus tax. Less than 21 days will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the reservation plus tax.
   
4. No food or beverages outside designated areas.
   
5. No pets or smoking in rooms. Smoke in designated outside areas only.
