10 year term (each unit is available for one week per year; seven days annually). Week will commence at noon on Monday and terminate the following Monday at 8 am.

Financing available with $3000 plus first year's maintenance fee $500.00 - 17% for 36 months. Maid service and taxes not included.

Buyer's must be 18 years or older, down payment in certified funds required. All parties over 18 must be named on lease. All parties must execute lease to validate sale. Financing requires full credit and background search. Fees may apply for loan application and processing.

Graystone Manor reserves the right to decline all applications, purchases or financing to any parties without written explanation at their discretion. All parties must complete and purchase background searches prior to execution of any lease whether seeking financing or not. No exceptions.
